Would Modi wage war on Pak?

Indicating that the Narendra Modig government is chalking out a comprehensive strategy to take on Pakistan, Bharatiya Janata Party national executive member and foreign policy expert Seshadri Chari has claimed that Pakistan would not be able to celebrate its Independence Day on August 14, 2017.

Participating in a debate on Times Now, Chari said that government response to the Uri outrage cannot be discussed on a television show but there would be a response. He did not elaborate on the elements or contours of the government retaliation.
