Govt to reward short documentary on Swachh mission

The Narendra Modi is going the whole hog as far as the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan is concerned—at least in terms of publicity. It has invited three-minute films for the mission to showcase it. The best documentary will get a Rs 10-lakh award.
