HRD Ministry waves protocol flag to Niti Aayog

Niti Aayog recently sought representations from Union ministries about the programmes they are implementing. All ministries complied, save that of the Ministry of Human Resource Development. The Ministry under Smriti Irani is of the opinion that, as per protocol, only the Prime Minister’s Office can seek presentations from it.
