NITI Aayog Member Bibek Debroy has made Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu’s life miserable. According to official sources, Debroy is close to Nripendra Mishra, Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister, and some other officers in the PMO. He uses his proximity to PMO functionaries to regularly highlight the shortcomings in the Railways.
