The world is becoming an unfamiliar place. Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi has requested for leave at the start of the Budget session of Parliament. It was like Mukesh Ambani applying for casual leave! Okay, we know that the person Rahul applied to was his mother Sonia Gandhi only and the Family owns the grand old party, but still!
